EXPERIENCE
Vickie combines extensive experience in commercial and construction law with her prior experience as a tort litigation insurance defense attorney handling catastrophic loss cases in construction, medical malpractice, and trucking. She brings over 25 years of legal experience as a partner to the firm. As a trial attorney, Vickie has attained several "not guilty" verdicts in defense cases and judgment awards in plaintiff's cases. The hallmark of her success is conducting strategic assessments of legal matters and developing winning legal theories. Her background litigating contract and tort matters gives her a unique perspective and understanding of proactively advising clients on avoiding problems before they occur.
PUBLICATIONS
Vickie is the co-author of the publication on "Construction Insurance" by the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education ("IICLE"). She has also written and lectured on these issues.
