David has argued countless motions, tried numerous cases before juries, including earning non-guilty verdicts, advocated on behalf of clients in contract negotiations, and protected clients' interests at mediations, arbitrations, and AAA arbitrations.

David has extensive experience in insurance coverage and defense, construction, business and commercial transactions, litigation, post-judgment enforcement, and appellate matters. David also advises on legal issues related to condominiums, cooperatives, townhouses, and homeowner's associations. He routinely advises on drafting and enforcing association declarations and bylaws, counseling clients on governing document compliance, general governance issues, and disputes between tenants and associations.
